''MAIN UDNA CHAHTA HUN, DAUDNA CHAHTA HUN, GIRNA CHAHTA HUN; BASS RUKNA NAHI CHAHTA!”
If you guys know this dialogue then you know which movie I am talking about.
Hey guys! This is Mahika. A Mumbaikar with a mild coffee addiction and a poor sleep cycle.
One of my favourite movies ''Yeh jawaani hai deewani'' is a movie about living your dreams and understanding that even though the years pass by, the memories with your friends will never fade away.
One of the characters in the movie named ‘Kabir Thappar’ also known as Bunny [played by Ranbir Kappor] is a guy whose life’s goal is seeing each and every corner of the world. His story revolves around how he wishes to travel because its his passion and it makes him happy.
Sometimes I feel that we all should be like Kabir at times; I am not telling you to quit your job or your priorities. What I am saying is that Life is an amazing yet a surprising thing; you never know when will you not wake up the next morning. Traveling to new places is not just boosting to your friends about your holidays or posting photos to make people jealous. Its a feeling of seeing how beautiful the world is and there’s so much to see; one by one.
We all wish to travel the world but sometimes we don’t really make it a point to execute it. Now many of you might be scoffing and giving me a look of, “Traveling costs money” I know it does. So why don’t we spend it on ourselves when we are working so hard for it.
Take him or take her with you. Imagine yourself being under the pollution-free sky, star gazing and the very next moment watching the beautiful sun; rising from the highest peak you climbed.
If you don’t start living life happily; then life will just pass you by.
I am soon gone come up with an amazing Bucket list (things to do before you die!)
Stay tuned.
Thank you
